Open Access Week is celebrated each year in October. International Open Access Week, a global event now entering its fourteenth year, is an opportunity for open access advocates to engage their communities to teach them about the potential benefits of Open Access, to share what they’ve learned with colleagues, and to help inspire wider participation in helping to make Open Access a new norm in scholarship and research.
Rowan University Libraries celebrates Open Access Week each year (starting in 2021) with a schedule of events to educate the campus community about Open Access.
