Poster Abstract

The patient an 18-year-old male presenting with first-episode psychosis ("first- break") with atypical features, including auditory hallucinations localized to his ear without hearing loss, severe malnutrition, neuroimaging abnormalities, and endocrine dysfunction. This case study highlights the importance of evaluating medical etiologies in presumed primary psychosis rather than assuming a primary psychiatric disorder.
