The Tri-State College Library Cooperative (TCLC) is a consortium of college libraries in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey with which Rowan University Libraries is affiliated.
TCLC offers interest groups, scholarships, workshops, and professional development programs for academic library staff, including a full-day program every spring.
