Poster Abstract

This case report presents a 13-year-old male who presented to the emergency department with diffuse abdominal pain radiating to the right lower quadrant, accompanied by nausea and decreased appetite. Diagnostic evaluation revealed right-sided testicular torsion concurrent with acute appendicitis. Although acute appendicitis represents the most common surgical emergency in the pediatric population, clinicians must maintain a broad differential diagnosis to identify potential concomitant acute pathologies, including testicular torsion in this scenario.
